Marta grew up among roses, but in her garden by the Eye of the Sea Park in Warsaw, she planted all shades of hydrangeas, pink-salmon daylilies and alumroots.
Unusual part of this garden is a steep slope that looks very natural, but in order to do so, the whole thing required complex engineering solutions to prevent the ground from sliding. On the slope grow mainly alumroots, but also ornamental grasses, ferns, bergenias and other perennials.
